Your guide to the
42-Day Lean Body Reset

What’s included, how it fits your week and what to expect. Read through before our call and bring any questions.

Before your call

What will we talk about, and should I prepare anything?

We’ll talk about your goals, what you’ve tried and where you need help. Think about when and where you could realistically train, and bring any questions about cost, injuries or the program. You don’t need to prepare a fitness plan.

Does having a call mean I’m signing up?

No. The call helps you understand your options and decide whether we’re a good fit. Your first training session is also free, with no obligation to continue.

What happens at my free first session?

You’ll meet your trainer, discuss your goals and try exercises suited to your starting point. We’ll look at how you move and explain what training could involve. It’s a chance to see how you feel with the trainer before you decide.

How the program works

What is included in the 42-Day Lean Body Reset?

Six weeks of personal training, with two 45-minute sessions a week, plus a free nutritionist meal plan and free online coaching. You also get app access for your plan, tracking, check-ins and coach messages. The weight loss guarantee has conditions, explained below.

How much time do I need outside my sessions?

Your two trainer sessions take 90 minutes a week. You’ll also follow your food plan, do the activity agreed with your coach and keep your logs up to date. The full commitment depends on your starting point and goals—we’ll talk through a realistic week before you join.

What does the coaching app actually help me do?

You can record workouts, log food, track habits and progress, complete check-ins and message your coach. This gives your coach a clearer picture of what’s happening between sessions, so feedback can be based on your actual week.

What makes this different from following a workout app?

You get a trainer who teaches the exercises, checks your technique and adjusts the plan with you. Online coaching adds support between sessions, especially when you’re unsure what to change or find it hard to stay consistent.

Starting at your level

Can I start if I’m unfit, nervous or haven’t exercised in years?

Yes. You don’t need to get fit first. We explain the exercises, start at your level and build the challenge as you get more comfortable. Tell us if gyms make you anxious or you prefer a quieter setting.

Will every session leave me exhausted or sore?

The aim is useful, enjoyable training with enough challenge to help you improve. Tell your trainer how you feel during and after sessions so they can adjust the workload. Being wiped out isn’t the goal.

What if I have an injury, health condition or menopause symptoms?

Tell us before you start so we can discuss suitable training and any adjustments. We may ask for medical clearance. Training and general nutrition guidance do not replace care from your health professional.

How do I know the trainer is right for me?

Our trainers hold Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Use the free session to ask about their experience with your goals and see how they explain and coach. If something isn’t working, tell us early so we can discuss it.

Fitting training into your week

Where can I train, and do I need equipment?

You can train at a studio, at home, outdoors or in your apartment gym. We bring the equipment for mobile sessions. We’ll confirm a suitable space, any building access arrangements and your preferred location before you start.

Can sessions fit around work and family?

Tell us the days and times you can reliably make, including any shift work or childcare commitments. We’ll check trainer availability and agree on a schedule. Choose times you can keep on a normal busy week, not just an ideal one.

What happens if I’m sick, travelling or need to cancel?

Contact us as early as possible. Sessions require 24 hours’ cancellation notice; late cancellations are charged in full and missed sessions aren’t refunded. Discuss planned travel before joining and confirm how any missed training affects the 42-day program and guarantee.

Read the cancellation and program terms.

Food and everyday habits

What help do I get with food?

The package includes a free nutritionist meal plan, plus online coaching to help you follow it. Food logs give your coach something concrete to review when you need help with portions, consistency or fitting the plan into your day.

Can the plan fit my food preferences, budget and family meals?

Tell us what you enjoy eating, your dietary needs, food budget and how much cooking you can realistically do. Bring up family meals and eating out too, so we can discuss practical options before you start. Let us know about allergies or medical dietary needs.

Will I need to track everything I eat?

Food logging is part of the coaching support: it helps you and your coach see patterns instead of guessing. We’ll explain what to record and how to use the app. If tracking feels overwhelming, tell us so we can talk through the expectations before you join.

What if I overeat, stress-eat or have a bad day?

Tell your coach what happened and record it honestly. That helps us spot the situations you find hardest and work on a practical next step. You don’t need to wait until you’ve had a perfect week to ask for help.

Support and progress

I usually start strong and then stop. How does this help?

Regular appointments give your week structure, while check-ins and messages help you stay connected between sessions. We make training fun and build the challenge gradually. If your routine starts slipping, tell us early so we can look at what’s getting in the way.

What should I share in a check-in?

Share what went well, what you struggled with and anything that changed in your routine. Keep your agreed food, activity and training logs up to date too. Honest information is more useful than trying to make the week look perfect.

Can I ask for help between sessions?

Yes. Use the app to message your coach about your training, food plan or anything you’re finding difficult. You don’t have to save every question for your next session. We’ll explain how check-ins and replies work when you get started.

How will we know if I’m making progress?

We can review your weight trend, measurements and workout records alongside how your clothes fit, your energy and what feels easier in everyday life. Tell us which changes matter most to you, so progress means more than a number on the scales.

What if my weight isn’t changing?

Let your coach know so we can review the trend alongside your food logs, activity and training. Keep recording what’s happening rather than guessing what to change. The next step should come from that review, not from one weigh-in or simply adding harder workouts.

Cost, guarantee and what happens next

How much does it cost, and are there extra fees?

Casual sessions are $65–$100 AUD. The 42-Day Lean Body Reset is $1,299 AUD, paid upfront, with the training, meal plan and online coaching described above. There’s no gym fee, membership fee or travel fee when we come to you. We’ll confirm your chosen option before you pay.

How does the weight loss guarantee work?

The 5kg-in-42-days guarantee is conditional. The terms require full compliance with nutrition, activity, attendance, app learning and coach instructions, plus replies within 24 hours. They also specify a minimum training heart rate of 140 and exclude a 4.7kg loss from a full refund.

Review these conditions before joining. If you need modified training, confirm suitability and eligibility with us first; the heart-rate condition is not personal exercise advice.

Read the full guarantee conditions.

How do I request a guarantee refund?

Submit evidence of completing the program and following its requirements using the contact details in the terms. Claims are reviewed; approved refunds are paid within 30 days. Ask what records you need to keep before starting.

Read the refund process.

What happens after the six weeks?

We can discuss continued coaching or training on your own, depending on your goals. The aim is to help you understand your exercises and food routine so you feel more confident carrying on. Confirm the price and terms of any further training before agreeing to it.
